Inspiring girls to sail
Join us for a fun-filled day, on June 23th. Comprised of sharing sailing skills, sailing on each other’s boats, race courses or just a cruise. Meet up with other dedicated women. Learn from other seasoned sailors and skippers. Gain confidence on your boat with a women’s crew. In addition, every Monday evening and Wednesday afternoons we meet up and then go out for a race or sail. Social events are organized throughout the year to build connections and lifelong friendships.
NYC has been running Thursday night PHRF racing for women, women at the helm and 50% crew for many years. Boats from other clubs can join for a small fee

International Race Office, Irene McNeill, will be instructing a Mark Set Layer Course for women. Date to be announced.
Race Management Training
The sign-up for both race management and judge courses is on the Ontario Sailing website
Wendy Loat will be teaching the Club Judge courses in person.
Katie Nicoll will be teaching the online courses with Sail Ontario
