Event Overview: WOW Presents International Women’s Day Luncheon
Join us for a transformative and empowering event as we celebrate International Women’s Day on March 8th, 2025, at Ahbridges Bay Yacht Club.
Our theme, “Accelerate Action,” is a rallying call for urgency, inclusion, and transformative change towards equality. We aim to spark conversations and ignite actions that uplift and inspire women to achieve their goals without bias or barriers.
Mission: To highlight activities that inspire and enable women to pursue their dreams, fostering an environment of education, inspiration, and engagement within the community.

- Luncheon and Entertainment: Enjoy a delightful afternoon with a luncheon, live entertainment by Michelle Rumball, and guest appearances by Clara Graveley and Kari Johnston
- Raffle Tickets: $10 for 5 tickets (Prizes include items from the rigging shop, and WOW swag)

2:00 PM – Guest Appearance: Clara Gravely
- Clara Gravely will share her journey and Olympic dream in a captivating presentation titled “Accelerate Action.”
3:00 PM – Luncheon
- Savor a delicious meal while mingling with fellow attendees.
3:30 PM – Keynote Speech by Karri Johnstone
- Kari Johnston will deliver a thought-provoking analysis of women’s achievements and discuss the importance of “Accelerate Action” in today’s political climate.
4:00 PM – Dessert Served
- Indulge in a selection of delightful desserts.
5:00 PM – Closing Statements and Door Prizes
- Conclude the event with closing remarks and the distribution of door prizes.
